Martin Wechsler

Martin Wechsler is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund since May 2020, Martin previously held positions such as Agile Leader, Solution Train Engineer (SAFe), and IT Program Manager at Die Mobiliar, where Martin focused on lean/agile system development for non-life insurance. At Credit Suisse, Martin managed multiple IT functions including Document Management, Project Management, and Strategy & Governance over a decade. Martin's earlier career includes consulting at McKinsey & Company and serving as Chief Architect at Eurospider Information Technology AG. Academically, Martin holds a TRIUM Global Executive MBA, and a Doctorate in Computer Science and a Dipl. Informatik-Ing. ETH from ETH Zürich.
