Aysun Yeşilcan

Aysun Yeşilcan has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. From 2008 to 2017, they worked at Softtech as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they were responsible for recruitment, performance management, career planning, and various HR projects. Aysun then joined Rota Danışmanlık as a Recruitment Consultant for a brief period in 2008.

In 2018, they joined Migros Ticaret, where they held several positions. Their roles included being an HR Business Partner Manager, collaborating with various departments like HR, IT, Brand Communication, Customer Experience (CRM), and Mimeda. Aysun was then promoted to Head of HR(IT&Mimeda), where they played a key role in expanding the data and insight team to serve the Mimeda customers better. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR at Migros Ticaret.

Aysun Yeşilcan's education history includes a Mini MBA from Koç University in 2023-2024 and a Bachelor's Degree in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations from Uludag University in 2003-2007. Aysun also holds several additional certifications in various areas such as professional coaching, leadership, and software training.
