Esra Özkurt

Esra Özkurt has held various roles in the field of Human Resources. ESRA started their career in 2006 as a Recruitment Specialist at KRM Yönetim Danışmanlık. ESRA then joined Migros Ticaret in 2010 and worked their way up from Recruitment Specialist to Recruitment Supervisor, Recruitment Manager, and finally, HR Business Partner Manager. As of January 2022, they are currently serving as the Head of HR at Migros Ticaret.

Esra Özkurt obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Marmara University from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they received a certification in Assessor Training from SHL in 2010.
