Omer Lutfi Karagoz

Omer Lutfi Karagoz has extensive work experience in the field of network, system, and security infrastructure. Omer Lutfi is currently the Network, System and Security Infrastructure Director at Migros Ticaret A.Ş. since January 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Network, Communication&Security Group Senior Manager at the same company starting from January 2014. Their responsibilities included investigating and making decisions for cost-effective solutions, managing infrastructure operations, designing systems architecture, leading mission-critical projects, purchasing products and services, and outsourcing some services. Omer Lutfi has expertise in various areas such as WAN, IP Telephony&VoIP, LAN, Wireless Networks, Server and Virtualization Environments, active directory, Exchange Servers, OCS, monitoring apps, endpoint protection, Firewall, IPS, and IDM. Before joining Migros Ticaret A.Ş., Omer Lutfi Karagoz worked as a Telecommunication Engineer at Escort Computer from January 1998 to April 1999.

Omer Lutfi Karagoz attended Koç University in 2008, where they earned a Non-Diploma EMBA, specializing in Executive Master of Business Administration. Prior to that, they studied Electronics Engineering at Istanbul University from 1993 to 1998. Before entering university, they completed their high school education at Burdur Anatolian High School from 1986 to 1993.
