Rasmus’ focus is to develop and implement Miinto’s people and culture strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy. Together with his team, he focuses on attracting, developing and grow the talent that will challenge the status quo and help support and improve our partners’ businesses. Rasmus has 14 years experience within HR including nearly 6 years at GroupM Denmark were he played a central role in building up a group HR function.
