Auke Ferwerda

Auke Ferwerda is the managing director of EnergyZero, a position they have held since January 2015. Auke is also the founder of Waanzinnig! idee & concept, a brand management company, and Shifft, an online energy services company. Ferwerda has a long history in the communications and marketing field, having worked as a communications manager for Pension Providers (a.i) and as a marketing and business development manager for Rijk Zwaan. Auke has also held positions as a brand manager for Nestle Purina PetCare Nederland BV and as a junior brand manager for Nestlé Purina PetCare Nederland BV.

Auke Ferwerda pursued a bachelor's degree in Communications at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, followed by a degree in International Business at Maastricht University.
