Randall Alford (Shug)

Randall "Shug" Alford has a diverse professional background with significant experience in safety and supervision roles across various industries. Currently serving as the SSHO at Mike Hooks, LLC since September 2022, Alford previously held the position of Welding Supervisor at Cooper Marine & Timberlands from February 2022 to September 2022. Prior to that, Alford was the Site Safety Manager at Hy-Tek Integrated Systems from June 2020 to February 2022 and worked as Site Supervisor at Diversified Conveyors International, LLC from November 2014 to May 2020. Alford pursued education at the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2013 and 2014, and also attended Texas A&M University.
