William Shearer

William Shearer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and correctional services. Currently serving as a Shift Manager at Mike's Carwash since July 2022, William previously held roles as a Correctional Officer with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and the Lexington Fayette Urban County Government, as well as a Security Professional at Baptist Health Lexington. William's career in security began at Baptist Health Lexington, where foundational skills were developed. A military veteran, William served as a 42A Human Resources Specialist with the Army National Guard, participating in deployments during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation New Dawn. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Eastern Kentucky University, earned between 2010 and 2014, alongside a High School Diploma from Powell County High School.
