Olga Ponomareva

Olga Ponomareva is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the Head of International Tax & Structuring at Metalloinvest since August 2018. Prior to this role, Olga held positions such as International Tax Director and Senior Tax Structuring Manager at POLYUS, and International Tax Manager at PJSOC BASHNEFT, focusing on tax structuring in M&A transactions, international project support, and tax compliance. Previously, Olga worked as a Senior Consultant at KPMG, providing comprehensive tax advice for international projects across various sectors. Olga holds multiple degrees, including a Master's degree in European law and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish language and Law, both awarded cum laude from Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia.
