Petri Mattila

Petri Mattila currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Mikkelin kaupunki - City of Mikkeli since March 2022. Prior to this role, Petri Mattila was the Head Of Personnel at Maahanmuuttovirasto - Finnish Immigration Service from August 2021 to March 2022 and held the position of Chief of Army Personnel at Puolustusvoimat - Finnish Defence Forces from October 2017 to August 2021. Earlier in the career, Petri Mattila worked as the Deputy Chief J5 at the Defence Command and as the Commanding Officer of the Utti Jaeger Regiment from August 2013 to September 2017. Petri Mattila also completed studies at the US Army War College from June 2012 to June 2013 and was involved in a special assignment focused on the planning of Defence reform at the Defence Command between January 2011 and June 2012.
