Joevensky Seme is currently serving as a Community Health Student Ambassador at Wake County since January 2023 and has held several roles that reflect a commitment to public health and community service. Previous experiences include participation in the VCU SAEP program at Virginia Commonwealth University, an internship at Urban Ministries of Wake County's Open Door Clinic, and serving as a UNCF Ambassador. Joevensky has also worked as a NSCP Scholar at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and gained valuable experience at Saint Augustine’s University as an Undergraduate Laboratory Assistant, Biology/Mathematics Tutor, and Resident Assistant. Educational background includes a minor in Public Health and Science at Saint Augustine’s University, with a high school diploma from West Iredell High School.
