Alejandra Olivella Barros

Alejandra Olivella is the current Head of People at MikMak. Prior to MikMak, they were the Director of People Operations at Vistar Media from February 2017 to June 2020. Alejandra has also worked as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources at adMarketplace from June 2013 to February 2017 and as a Training & Development Sr. Analyst in Latin America for Tyco (ADT division) from March 2007 to August 2011. Alejandra got their start in the HR field as an intern at DIRECTV Latin America from May 2012 to August 2012 and later at New York University from November 2011 to May 2013.

Alejandra Olivella has a Ms in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.
