Olivier Chopard

Olivier Chopard is a seasoned Project Manager at Mikron since 2016, specializing in coordinating teams of engineers to develop robotic cells, overseeing project functionality, quality, planning, costs, and resources. From 2006 to 2016, Olivier held the position of Manager of Vision & Flexible Feeding Departments at Mikron Automation, where responsibilities included defining product development strategies and supporting sales teams. Olivier began at Mikron in 1999 as the Founder and Head of the Vision Department, creating a team and establishing operating procedures, and earlier contributed as a Software Development Vision Engineer. Olivier's career started with an internship at CSEM, focusing on image acquisition platforms. Academically, Olivier holds a Master II in Image Processing from Université Louis Pasteur, an Engineer's degree in Image Processing from Télécom Physique Strasbourg, and a Licence in Fundamental Physics.
