Carolyn Copeland has accumulated extensive experience in technical support and IT roles, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist II at The MIL Corporation since August 2015, where previous roles included Desktop Support Engineer and Help Desk Analyst. Prior to this, Carolyn worked in guest services at Topgolf for two years and served as a System Engineer at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield for a brief period in 2015, focusing on software installation and network security. In addition, Carolyn was an IT student with Year Up, a program emphasizing career development and technical training, which included a focus on desktop support and IT help desk roles. Carolyn's educational background includes studies at Northern Virginia Community College and Virginia State University.
