Joel Melville

Joel Melville has had a diverse work experience. Joel started their career as a CDS Analyst at Bear Stearns in 2007. Joel then worked as an Audit Associate at McGladrey & Pullen, LLP from 2007 to 2009. After that, Joel joined the U.S Army as an ARNG from 2009 to 2015. In 2011, they joined The MIL Corporation as a Corporate Accountant and later moved up to the role of Senior Financial Analyst. Joel continued to progress within the company, becoming an Assistant Vice President in 2016 and later a Senior Assistant Vice President in 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Administration, which they started in January 2018.

Joel Melville has a solid educational background with a focus on accounting and business/management. Joel obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Bowie State University, where they studied Accounting and Business/Management from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting at Pace University-Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus from 2003 to 2007. Unfortunately, no information is available regarding their education before attending college. In addition to their formal education, Joel has also pursued further professional development by obtaining certifications. Joel obtained the certification in "Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development" from Emeritus in August 2023. Furthermore, in June 2022, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci.
