Andrew Noh

Andrew Noh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Partner at Mila Ridge Partners since May 2023, Andrew is focused on acquiring and growing businesses in Northern New England. Previously, Andrew held pivotal positions at Finch Therapeutics Group from February 2016 to October 2021, including Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Operating Officer, where Andrew was also a co-founder. Andrew's earlier career includes co-founding OpenBiome and serving as Director of Operations, as well as board member roles and fellowship experiences with organizations dedicated to sustainable development and civic consulting. Andrew began career at Bain & Company, where a progressive trajectory led to senior consulting roles, following initial experiences as an intern at the Foundation for Sustainable Development and as an investment banking summer analyst at J.P. Morgan. Andrew earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a BBA in Strategy, Finance, and Accounting from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
