Chris Viatte

Chris Viatte is the Founder and CEO at Mila. Chris has over fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to Mila, Chris was the Vice President of Service Experience and Innovation at swisscom, one of Switzerland's leading telecommunications providers. In this role, they were responsible for improving the customer experience and developing new innovative products and services.

Chris has also held various other leadership positions at swisscom, including Head of Business Development and Innovation, Head of Interaction Management, and Head of Business Projects. Under their leadership, swisscom successfully launched several new products and services that greatly improved the customer experience.

Chris is a telecommunications expert with a proven track record of successful product and service launches. Chris is passionate about improving the customer experience and is always looking for ways to innovate.
