Bela Grover

Bela Grover currently serves as the Chief Client Relationship Officer at Goodwin, where leadership of a high-caliber team drives client-focused insights and innovative solutions. Additionally, Bela is a Board Member at the Milaan Foundation, advocating for the empowerment of young girls through education and mentorship. Previously, Bela spent over two decades at Deloitte, holding pivotal roles such as Global Deloitte Private Strategy & Operations Executive, where strategic initiatives facilitated revenue growth, and Global Strategic Initiatives Leader, focusing on cross-business initiatives. Bela began an academic journey with an MCA in Computer Applications from Savitribai Phule Pune University, followed by an MBA in Business and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
