Micah Y. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. They are currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Milan Laser Hair Removal, where they focus on conceptualizing, developing, and scaling new businesses. Prior to this, Micah worked as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Milan Laser Hair Removal, collaborating on customer-facing service businesses in the health and wellness sector. Before joining Milan Laser Hair Removal, Micah was the Founder & President of Method Mark, a boutique brand strategy firm and strategic partner for startups. They also had a secondary focus on commercial real estate within the company. Prior to Method Mark, Micah held the position of Chief Operations Officer and Project Director at Elevate, LLC, where they worked with a specialized team to execute web products. Additionally, Micah has experience as a Technical Director at Christ Community Church and as a Sales Engineer at Electronic Contracting Company. They began their career as a Sales Consultant at Mission Electronics, Inc.

Micah Y. completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Music Business at the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 2002 to 2007. Micah later pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Performance at Bellevue University from 2010 to 2011.
