Tasha Chambers

Tasha Chambers, SPHR has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in human resources. Tasha is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Milan Laser Hair Removal, a position they have held since 2022.

Prior to their current role, Tasha worked at Chili's as the Head of Human Resources from 2020 to 2022. In this role, they were responsible for managing PeopleWorks (HR) for the brand and overseeing the recruitment, engagement, and retention of over 60,000 employees nationwide.

From 2012 to 2020, Tasha held multiple positions at Brinker International, including Sr. Director of PeopleWorks (Corporate HR) and Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (Director). In these roles, they led various aspects of talent development, talent acquisition, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, and corporate learning and development. Tasha also provided strategic direction to senior executives and leaders, managed human capital practices, and led culture and change management efforts.

Earlier in their career, Tasha worked at Pizza Hut as an HR Coach, People Capability Leader, Human Resource Associate Manager, and People Development Analyst. Tasha'sresponsibilities included providing HR consulting, driving organizational effectiveness and development, and implementing national initiatives. During their time at Pizza Hut, they played a significant role in making the company the top place to work in the Dallas/FW area.

Tasha also briefly worked at Yum! Brands as an HR Generalist, where they partnered with senior HR managers and executives on a divestment project.

Tasha Chambers, SPHR completed the CHRO Program at Wharton Online in 2022. Tasha also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix. In addition, they obtained certification as an MBTI® (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®) Certified Practitioner from CPP, Inc. in 2014.
