Laure Vandermeersch

Laure Vandermeersch is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and Talent Manager at Milcobel since April 2019. In the role of Talent Manager, responsibilities include developing an innovative Talent Management policy with a focus on Recruitment, Employer Branding, Training & Development, and Performance Management. Previous experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where duties encompassed selection and recruitment, building partnerships, and optimizing recruitment processes. Prior to Milcobel, Laure worked as an Executive Research Consultant at Altior – Executive Search from August 2017 to March 2019. Laure holds a Master's degree in Business Communication (Dutch-German) and a Bachelor's degree in Language and Literature (Dutch-German) from KU Leuven, as well as a secondary education from Klein Seminarie Roeselare.
