David Figueras Batet

David Figueras Batet has a diverse work experience history. Currently, they work as a Professor for the Master of Legaltech and also collaborates with the Legal Clinic at UNIR - La Universidad en Internet. David is also involved in various Legaltech programs.

Prior to their current role, David served as the CEO of MILCONTRATOS ONLINE, S.L. from 2016 onwards.

David Figueras Batet has pursued an extensive education history in the field of business and law. David obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Esade in 2005, focusing on corporate law. In 2004, they further specialized in tax law by completing a Master AGT (Asesoría y Gestión Tributaria) from the same institution. This was followed by a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in finance from Esade, which they completed between 2007 and 2009. In 2023, David Figueras Batet briefly attended ICC Spain (Cámara de Comercio Internacional), where they gained expertise in the latest rules and regulations of international trade through the Experto en Reglas Incoterms 2020 program.
