Rick Winter is an experienced professional in education and program evaluation with a diverse background. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Evaluation and Learning at Mile High United Way, Rick leads internal program evaluations and strategic research. As the owner of PRW Kids First, Rick provides consulting services to educational and non-profit organizations, along with volunteering as a reader for School Improvement Plans. Previous roles include Systems Program Associate at The Early Childhood Council of Boulder County and Director of Data and Evaluation at the Early Childhood Council Leadership Alliance. Rick has also worked internationally as an Education Curriculum Specialist with the Peace Corps in Yap and as Head Principal/International Curriculum Director at Eaglebridge International School in China. Rick holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in International Environment from Colorado College.
