Florian Frankl

Florian Frankl has a diverse work experience in the field of quality management. Florian started their career at Optipack GmbH in 2007, where they worked as a Quality Manager and later became a Teamleader of Quality Assurance. During their time at Optipack, they successfully built and managed the ISO 22000 Management System and executed the FSC certification.

In 2012, Florian joined Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller as an Internal Audit Manager in the central quality management department. Later, they became a Project Manager in the same department, demonstrating their expertise in managing quality-related projects.

Florian then moved on to HOMANN Feinkost GmbH in 2015, where they held the position of Head of Technical QA & QM. Florian was responsible for managing quality assurance processes, supplier management, and building and leading a team of QA managers in multiple production sites.

In 2017, Florian joined MILEI GmbH as the Head of Quality Management, and later became the Head of Quality. Their role involved overseeing the quality department and laboratories, ensuring quality standards are met.

Florian also worked as a Quality Management Trainer & Consultant at Q-Enthusiast from 2016. In this role, they focused on empowering quality managers to enhance their skills and implement quality management as an attitude instead of a mere catalog of requirements.

In addition to their industry experience, Florian has also served as a Lecturer in Quality Management at Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg since 2020, further showcasing their knowledge and passion for the field.

Their most recent role is as a Verwaltungsrat at Q-Linked AG, starting in 2021.
