Balaji Thayalan has a range of work experience in various leadership positions. Balaji'smost recent role was as the CEO of Milekal, starting in September 2016. Balaji then became the CEO of TrueMind in June 2017. Prior to their CEO roles, Balaji served as the Vice President of CADeploy from March 2012 to July 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Deputy General Manager at Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd from 2006 to February 2012, and as a Structural Engineer - Civil at Siemens Power Corporation Limited from 2005 to 2006.
Balaji Thayalan began their education at General Cariappa Hr.Sec. School in 1995, where they completed their Inter degree in Draftsman Civil in 1997. Following this, they pursued a B.E degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Madras, graduating in 2001.
