Kerri also collaborated with the sales manager on current goals, growing business goals, agent maintenance, and projects.
Before their work with Travel Quest Network, Kerri was a Student Manager at the Travel Information Center from January 2017 to May 2017. In this role, they handled incoming phone calls and email from agents to provide assistance with questions, inquiries, training, commission, and more. Kerri also assisted other team members with new programs, meeting collaboration, incoming questions, and daily tasks.
Prior to their work in the travel industry, Kerri was a Senior Zip Line Sky Guide at Minnesota Zip Lines and Adventures from June 2016 to August 2016. In this role, they learned and connected with a wide variety of vendors to assist agents in multiple types of situations.
Before their work in the travel industry and zip lining adventures, Kerri was an Office Assistant at St. Cloud State University Kinesiology Office from January 2015 to May 2017.
Kerri Vouk has a Bachelor of Arts from St. Cloud State University in Travel and Tourism, an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Minnesota School of Business in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage, and a Certification from Cvent in Cvent Supplier Network Student Certification. Kerri also did the Edge of the Outback Study Abroad Program at La Trobe University in Photography.
