Sapna Sukhrani is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources management. At Miles Software, from October 2010 to February 2014, Sapna led a team of six members and managed the entire employee life cycle, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and training. Prior to that, as the Deputy General Manager of HR at NCR Corporation from February 2008 to May 2010, Sapna served as a Senior HR Business Partner for the Services Vertical, spearheading strategic HR initiatives across various locations. Earlier, from June 2005 to July 2007, Sapna worked as a Manager at NCR Corporation, providing HR support for multiple business verticals. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, a Post Graduation in Business Management from Chetana's Institute of Management & Research, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics.
