Nerwaya ZONGO-NABA has a diverse work experience in various IT and operational roles. They started their career at SONAPOST in 2013 as an IT Specialist, Software Programmer, and Intern. In this role, they maintained and updated IT assets, monitored network administration, and designed a web application for asset management, resulting in workflow improvement and issue resolution.

From 2014 to 2016, at DJAGO-I, they served as an IT Specialist, Software Consultant, and Business Analyst. Next, at 2K GENUINE, from 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Sr. Technical Operation Manager - Web and Social Media Specialist. Their responsibilities included strategizing and updating social media traffic and content distribution for business partners and startups, resolving IT-related issues, and evaluating organizational trends to drive business growth.

Starting in 2020, Nerwaya joined Miles Technologies as an IT Consultant. They addressed computer and network-related issues for team members, analyzed potential solutions for customer requirements and improved IT support team operations through innovative processes.

Nerwaya ZONGO-NABA completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Institut Burkinabé des Arts et Métiers (IBAM) from 2011 to 2014. In 2016 and 2017, they obtained an ESL Certificate from the American Language Communication Center. They then pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from Brooklyn College from 2018 to 2020. Additionally, in August 2020, they obtained a certification in IT Fundamentals for Business Professionals: Enterprise systems from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
