Client CIO at Miles Technologies

Sam Shapiro has work experience in the field of information technology. From June 2016 to June 2018, Sam worked at Freedom Mortgage, starting as an Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Systems Engineer. At Freedom Mortgage, Sam provided customer service through a ticketing and phone support system, participated in a 24-hour on-call rotation, and conducted on-site visits to troubleshoot technical issues.
