Fernando Torres

Fernando Torres has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Fernando currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Milestone Environmental Services since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Superior Energy Services from January 2017 to July 2021. During their time at Superior Energy Services, they also worked as an HRBP, providing support and guidance to various business units. Before joining Superior Energy Services, Fernando worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at R360 Environmental Solutions from May 2012 to May 2013. Fernando provided HR counsel and partnership to VP executives and managers across multiple facilities. From March 2007 to May 2012, Fernando worked as an HR & Safety Manager at BMC SELECT, where they oversaw various HR functions including compensation, benefits administration, recruitment, training, and workers' compensation. Fernando began their career at CAR Research in September 2000, where they started as a Researcher and quickly progressed to the role of Manager within two years.
