Julie Mottershead

Julie Mottershead has had an extensive career in human resources, holding various leadership roles in multiple companies. Julie most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Milestone Equipment Holdings, where they led and directed the HR function for the company. Prior to that, Julie was the Vice President Human Resources at Electrical Components International, responsible for guiding and managing the human capital strategy on a global scale. Julie also served as the Division Director Human Resources at Diagraph an ITW Company and was responsible for the global HR function for the Marking and Coding Division. Earlier in their career, Julie held roles at Laird, where they served as the Regional Director and Human Resources Manager in charge of developing and directing HR for multiple manufacturing sites. Julie's experience also includes serving as the Human Resources Director at Sentient Jet and Director HR at Sentient Flight Group.

Julie Mottershead has a diverse education history. Julie obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Webster University from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. Julie Mottershead also holds a High School Diploma from Ste. Genevieve High School.

In addition to their formal education, Julie Mottershead has obtained a certification in Everything DiSC® from Wiley Workplace Learning in June 2023.
