Adam Rumjahn has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Adam'smost recent role was as the Head of Global Technology Services at Milestone Group, where they managed the global technology team and oversaw the development and implementation of technology solutions. Prior to that, they held managerial positions at Aimia Inc (formerly Carlson Marketing) and Carlson Marketing, where they were responsible for providing IT services and support on a regional and global level. Adam also worked at Equant as a Global Customer Service Centre Team Lead, at Dendrite International as a Helpdesk Manager, at One.net as a Call Center Team Leader, at MCI Worldcom as a Technical Support Team Lead, and at OzEmail Internet as a Technical Support Lead. Adam has a strong background in IT services and support, with a focus on customer-centricity and efficiency.

Adam Rumjahn holds a v3 Certification in Process/ Service improvement from ITIL. Adam also completed their undergraduate education at the University of Technology Sydney, where they earned a degree in Information Science with a focus on Computer Science and Information Systems from 1994 to 1997.
