Christopher Stroz

Christopher Stroz, CSP, possesses extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, currently serving as Senior HSE Manager for Chevron since January 2002. Stroz has held numerous roles within the company, including HSE Manager for Global Wells and HES Field Support Manager for Midcontinent, where responsibilities included championing safety and efficiency management systems and supervising staff managing HES technology tools. Previous positions included Operations Supervisor, overseeing significant oil production in California, and HES Team Lead for a major offshore project in the Gulf of Mexico. Stroz's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Health and Safety from Penn State University, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Policy from the University of Denver.
