George Draghiceanu

George serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for the East division and joins the Milestone community from Compass Pointe Healthcare Systems, where he served as the Executive Vice President. Prior to joining Compass Pointe Healthcare Systems, Mr. Draghiceanu was the Senior Vice President of Operations, Atlantic Coast Division at Atria Senior Living, a national senior living company. George is a seasoned executive with distinguished healthcare management, operations, and sales and marketing expertise for senior housing organizations. He has over 21 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, the last 18 in the senior living field with major senior living providers including Five Star Senior Living and Kindred Healthcare.
