Alicia Hegwood

Alicia Hegwood has a range of experience in compliance and trade-related roles. Most recently, they worked as a Global Trade Security Project Manager Lead at Milestone Technologies Inc., where they focused on developing and supporting the building of a best-in-class global trade security program. Prior to that, they were a Trade Compliance Specialist at Nidec Motor Corporation, responsible for developing and administering an effective trade compliance program. Alicia also worked as a Compliance Specialist at Enterprise Bank & Trust and Central Bank, where they executed data integrity reviews and performed compliance monitoring for affiliate banks. Additionally, they served as a Consumer Compliance Specialist at Central Bank, providing support to the compliance department and serving as an interpreter for Spanish-speaking prospects and customers.

Alicia Hegwood obtained a High School Diploma in General Education from Oakville Senior High School in 2007. Alicia then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice/Spanish from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 2007 and 2012. Later, they completed a Master's Degree in International Business from Saint Louis University between 2016 and 2018.
