James McDonald

James McDonald has work experience as a Data Center Technical Lead at Milestone Technologies, Inc. starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked in the United States Marine Corps starting in December 2020. In the Marine Corps, they held various roles including IT Manager (Communications Officer), Department Manager (Company Commander), and Deputy Director (Company Executive Officer). In their role as IT Manager, they managed and developed teams of IT professionals, planned IT system installations and maintenance, and provided support to over 500 users.

James McDonald attended Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business from 2016 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. James also obtained certifications in CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in February 2023.
