Mike Malinowski

Mike Malinowski has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mike currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Milestones Labs, starting in October 2021. Prior to that, Mike founded and worked as a Realtor for the Mike Malinowski Real Estate Team since 2004.

From 2017 to 2021, they served as the VP Strategic Partners & Business Development at Constellation Software Inc. Before that, Mike was the VP Real Estate Business Development & Industry Relations at Vast.com from 2015 to 2017, where they were responsible for developing and executing the real estate business and product strategy, as well as managing MLS associations.

Additionally, Mike worked at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. in various roles. Mike was the Head of Business Development from 2014 to 2015, Head of Product Management from 2012 to 2014, and a Senior Product Manager from 2008 to 2012. During their time at Keller Williams, they led the creation and management of technology application solutions for real estate agents and leadership, including the development of the innovative eEdge application.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Product Manager at Directed Electronics from 2002 to 2004, where they launched a successful GPS vehicle tracking product line. Mike also served as a Sr. Program Manager Business Development at Qualcomm from 1998 to 2002.
