Jenny Aldridge

Jenny Aldridge is a Senior HR Advisor and Retention Lead at Milestones Trust since April 2019, having returned after a prior tenure of 2.5 years. Previously, Jenny held the position of HR and Recruitment Manager at Bluebird Care Bristol from September 2016 to April 2019 and served as an HR Advisor at Milestones Trust from November 2000 to September 2016, where responsibilities included supporting an organization of 1000 employees across multiple sites within the social care sector.
