Sheila Cathey

Sheila Cathey is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an Employer Relations Partner at The Aurora-Group since April 2019, providing expert advice on employer relation issues. As HR Manager at Milestones Trust since January 2013, Sheila leads a team focused on employee relations and change management.
