Mshr Andrea Minnaert

Andrea Minnaert, MSHR, has a comprehensive work experience in human resources. Andrea started their career at The New England Center for Children in 2005, where they worked as a Shift Manager and Case Manager until 2008. Andrea then transitioned into the role of Human Resources Coordinator until 2011.

In 2011, Andrea joined KARL STORZ Endovision, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist, a position they held until 2012.

Since 2012, Andrea has been with Milford Regional Physician Group, where they initially served as a Human Resources Supervisor. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Human Resources Director, a position they currently hold.

Andrea Minnaert, MSHR, holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Suffolk University. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Assumption University.
