David Ice

David Ice is a seasoned Project Superintendent with extensive experience in construction management. Currently serving at Milhaus since February 2013, David Ice oversees projects such as NESE, 747, Artistry, The MK, and Grid. Prior to this role, David Ice held the position of Project Superintendent in the commercial division at White Oak Construction from 2012 to 2013 and worked as a Field Superintendent at MacDougall Pierce Construction from 2007 to 2010, focusing on the construction of O'Reilly Auto Stores. Additionally, David Ice was the Owner/Operator of David Ice Building from 2000 to 2007, specializing in custom built homes and retail build-outs. David Ice also completed a Course Certificate in Project Management from Purdue University in 2019.
