Max Murphy

Max Murphy is an experienced financial analyst with a demonstrated history in real estate underwriting, investment portfolio creation, and business management. Currently serving as an Associate Financial Analyst at Milhaus since July 2022, Max previously worked as an Acquisition Analyst at RENU Management, where preliminary underwriting of single-family homes for institutional investors was performed. Earlier experiences include an internship at Premier Financial Partners, where contributions included assisting financial advisors and developing client financial plans, as well as co-founding a lawn care business where finance oversight and marketing implementation were key roles. Max holds a Finance degree from Butler University's Lacy School of Business and has cultivated skills in financial management and analysis through various positions that also included leadership in entrepreneurial projects.
