Mike R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mike started their career in the United States Air Force, where they held various roles including Commander, 313th Recruiting Squadron, and Chief of Officer Assignments and Executive Development. In these roles, they led teams, managed budgets, and recruited new enlistees and officers.
Mike also worked at the Military Benefit Association as Director and Chairman of the Board, where they provided strategic guidance and leadership. Mike later became the President of the association, leading a 100K member association and a 25-member company.
Additionally, Mike served at the USSTRATCOM as the Battle Watch Commander and Deputy Foreign Policy Advisor, where they played a key role in executing current operations and advising senior leadership on international issues and foreign policy implications.
Mike also had experience in counter-insurgency and civilian-military coordination as the Village Stability Center Director at ISAF.
Throughout their career, Mike demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational skills.
Mike R. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University in the years 1982 to 1986. Mike then pursued further education and earned a Master's Degree in Ergonomics from the same institution during the period of 1986 to 1988.
