Travis J. Tritten

Travis J. Tritten is an experienced journalist with a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from The Ohio State University, earned in 2001. Currently serving as Deputy Managing Editor at Military.com since September 2021, Tritten also holds the position of Senior Reporter at Bloomberg Government since January 2019 and National Security Writer at The Washington Examiner since March 2017. Prior experience includes a role as a Capitol Hill reporter at Stars and Stripes from August 2007 to March 2017, where coverage focused on Congress, the Pentagon, and the White House, as well as work as a foreign correspondent. Earlier career highlights include serving as a county government reporter for The Sun News in South Carolina from November 2004 to July 2007, and for The Key West Citizen in Florida from July 2003 to November 2004.
