Isaac Keith

Isaac Keith currently serves as the WebEOC Program Manager at Washington Emergency Management Division, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Isaac was employed as an Information Technology Support Administrator at Endeavor One, Inc. from November 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included system and cloud administration, DevOps, cybersecurity policy implementation, network administration, IT analysis, A/V support, and tier 2 desktop support. Isaac also worked as an Information Technology Desktop Support specialist at Washington Emergency Management Division from August 2022 to November 2022, focusing on tier 1 and 2 tech support. Earlier experience includes a role as a SmartTech specialist at SwitchOn Pro from April 2021 to August 2022, where installation and configuration of smart home products and customer service were key responsibilities. Isaac holds a degree in Information Technology from the University of Washington Tacoma, obtained in June 2022, and attended Pierce College at Puyallup from September 2017 to June 2019.
