Lacy Knaffla

Lacy Knaffla, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Military Non-Profit Consulting, LLC, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Lacy held positions at HourWork, including Human Resources Advisor and Head of People & Culture, where the focus was on revolutionizing recruitment and retention for hourly employees. Lacy also worked at Influential as Director of People Operations, managing human resources for a company specializing in AI social data and influencer marketing for major brands. Earlier experience includes various HR roles at SSB LLC and TOPSHOP TOPMAN, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management obtained from UNLV Lee Business School.
