Linda Speed Oukrop has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Linda worked at the Military Officers Association of America as the Director of Human Resources and Deputy Director of Transition Services. At LMI, they served as a Senior Research Fellow, leading teams in government organizational improvement projects. In the US Navy, they held several positions including Director of the Office of Women's Policy and Deputy Director of the Field Support Activity. Linda also served as the Commanding Officer of the Navy Recruiting District Houston. Throughout their career, Linda demonstrated strong leadership, strategic research, and program management skills.
Linda Speed Oukrop has a diverse educational background. In 1971, they enrolled at the University of New Hampshire and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Personnel Services in 1974. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling at the University of Maine from 1975 to 1977. Later, in 1993, they attended the Naval Command and Staff College, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies in 1994.
