David Manovich

David Manovich is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the naval and maritime sectors. Currently serving as a Port Engineer at Military Sealift Command since February 2024, David has also held the position of On Site Installation Coordinator at Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division since October 2017, overseeing habitability installations on the surface fleet in Yokosuka, Japan. David's career includes roles as an Inspector for the Board of Inspection and Survey from June 2014 to February 2017, and a distinguished 30-year tenure with the US Navy, retiring as CWO4 in February 2017. Additional experience includes managing divisions at the United States Naval Academy and providing maintenance and support to Patrol Coastal class ships. David holds a degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, completed in 2002.
