Ian Berg Sonne

Ian Berg Sonne possesses extensive experience in GIS and data management, currently serving as a special consultant at Geodatastyrelsen since June 2021 and at Miljøstyrelsen since October 2018. Ian's career includes significant roles at Geodatastyrelsen / Kort & Matrikelstyrelsen from 2008 to 2018, as well as earlier positions as a GIS specialist at MC Aalborg Miljøministeriet and Nordjyllands amt. Ian holds a Cand. Scient. degree in Natur Geografi from the University of Copenhagen, earned between 1986 and 1993.
