Mickey McAlary currently serves as Strategy Director and previously held the role of Strategy Lead at Milk Agency since June 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Communications Strategist at Noble People from August 2018 to September 2020, where Mickey designed communication plans to enhance brand creativity. Additionally, Mickey was a Strategist at co:collective from August 2016 to July 2018, focusing on building impactful brand platforms. Early career experience encompasses a Consulting Intern role at Consulting by Kantar from November 2015 to August 2016, where Mickey contributed urban intelligence insights, and an Editorial Intern position at Northside Media in Brooklyn Magazine in mid-2015. Mickey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology with concentrations in Chemistry and English from Bates College, graduated in 2014, and attended Berkeley Carroll School from 2006 to 2010.
